Gender Equality Plan

Our commitment

Statwolf is committed to promoting gender equality and to supporting an inclusive, respectful and diverse workplace. We believe equal opportunity and diverse perspectives are essential to innovation, performance and long-term success.

This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) sets out the principles and actions we adopt to ensure fair treatment and equal opportunity for everyone, regardless of gender.

Key objectives

  • Ensure equal opportunity in recruitment, career development and leadership
  • Promote a healthy work-life balance
  • Ensure fair and transparent pay practices
  • Prevent discrimination, bias and harassment
  • Foster an inclusive and respectful organisational culture

Areas of action

Work-Life Balance — We support flexible working, including remote and hybrid where possible, and a culture that respects personal time.

Recruitment and career development — Gender-neutral language in role descriptions, assessment on skills and merit, encouragement of applications from under-represented groups.

Leadership and decision-making — Equal access to leadership opportunities, professional development and mentorship, transparent advancement criteria.

Equal Pay — Equal pay for equal work; compensation based on role, experience and performance, with periodic reviews.

Prevention of harassment and discrimination — Zero-tolerance policy, clear and confidential reporting channels, fair and timely handling, appropriate corrective measures.

Implementation and transparency

We monitor progress and review this plan periodically. The GEP is publicly available and applies to everyone in the organisation.
